Positional Awareness and Proper Execution of it are necessary when you play a Sport Specific Position. 

Join Pro Edge with Special Guest Coach Jason Becker, Retired Pro Hockey Player and Current Head Coach of the St. George Midget Prep in the CSSHL. 

Jason will instruct your Athlete on the importance of this position. This Camp will ensure that your Athlete is prepared mentally and physically to compete at any level of Hockey.

What You Will Learn:

• Skating - backwards skating, transitioning from forwards to backwards and backwards to forwards, escape skating with and without the puck. 
• Puck movement / handling - passing, D to D passing, breakout passing, puck handling with pressure, puck protection. 
• Defensive Responsibilities and Battles - DZ positioning, board battles, net battles, gap control, angling
• Shooting - stationary shooting, walking the line, shot options, one timers 
• Battle & compete drills 
• Containment 
• Passing lanes
